We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Female Night Concierge to join our team, working on behalf of Carlisle Support Services in partnership with Camden Council.

This is a night shift position based within a hostel environment in North West London, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a safe, supportive, and people-focused setting.

As a Night Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of residents and visitors during overnight hours.

You’ll be part of a professional and approachable team, delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

• Welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism and care
• Acting as the main point of contact for residents overnight
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times
• Monitoring access, preventing unauthorised entry, and managing site security
• Supporting conflict resolution and handling incidents calmly
• Managing entry/exit procedures and ensuring compliance
• Providing information, guidance, and excellent customer service
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

• Female applicant (role requirement)
• Aged 18+
• Holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for night shifts
• Confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach
• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
• Smart and presentable at all times
• Willing to learn, develop, and grow within the role
