The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager who will lead the design, commercial development and delivery of integrated security technology solutions for Carlisle Support Services’ existing and prospective customers. The role provides end-to-end solutions covering, but not limited to, CCTV, Access Control, Search, Mobile solutions and systems integration, enabling customers to reduce reliance on fixed guarding while improving security outcomes, resilience and cost efficiency.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

•            Act as technical lead during bids, tenders and renewals

•            Engage customers to understand security challenges and cost drivers

•            Develop business cases demonstrating reduction in fixed guarding costs

•            Support growth of Carlisle’s security technology offering

•            Works with customers to define Operational Requirements

•            Conduct site surveys and technical scoping visits

•            Design integrated CCTV, Access Control and security systems

•            Produce technical specifications, drawings and scopes of work

•            Manage end-to-end delivery through approved service partners

•            Own programme delivery, quality, timelines and cost control

•            Oversee commissioning, handover and customer acceptance

•            Manage technology manufacturers and integration partners

•            Ensure delivery in line with Carlisle quality and compliance standards

•            Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards

•            Develop repeatable technology solution frameworks

•            Identify and introduce innovative security technologies

The ideal candidate

Essential

•            Proven experience with CCTV, Access Control and integrated security systems

•            Commercial and bid support experience

•            End-to-end project delivery capability

•            Strong client-facing communication skills

Desirable

•            Experience within the security or FM sector

This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
