The Role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious clients. If this sounds like you, and you’re willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support you’ll need to help you to succeed.
Your core role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
· Arrive on time for all designated shifts.
· Book onto a shift in line with contract requirements. - Book on or off at a station.
· Wear the provided uniform at all times while on duty and be courteous
· Report all incidents in line with policy.
· Investigate and report any Health and Safety issues raised by staff on duty to your manager.
· Take responsibility for one's own continued professional development.
· Ensure that all staff on the shift are present, booked on and understand The Timegate app.
· To ensure that all staff are dressed appropriately in uniform for their duties in accordance with Client request.
· Ensure staff receive breaks in line with the shift covered.
· To help train and assess staff to ensure familiarity with and implementation of all procedures.
· Ensure the requested number of Staff receive regular 121s via Job Chat
· Providing refresher and update training as and when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of the same.
· Maintain staff knowledge of all stations assigned to ensure inductions have been completed.
· To carry out any investigations as required and to ensure reports are completed for management and the Control Room when requested.
· Provide assistance for staff who experience any welfare difficulties. When unable to resolve, report to your manager
· Communicate any issues to Supervisors taking over before the end of your shift.
· To initiate company disciplinary procedures as required.
· To ensure Daily reports are completed, and SIS / KPI / PIDD reports are completed when visiting station staff. .
· Ensure that the staff are customer-focused, acting to our clients' requirements.
· To act as a first-line support for staff who encounter incidents or difficulties and escalate as appropriate to your manager.
· To be the first line response to emergencies for any incidents involving CSS Staff when on duty.
· Ensure Toolbox talks are delivered
· Compliance with the Data Protection Act.
· Ensure Escalate all incidents to CSS Manager as per instructions
· Act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Is this you
- At least 18 years old
- Supervisor experience within a Team.
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and always professional
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
- Ideally, some experience within a Security environment or a customer-facing role
- Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
- Some experience working within a Security environment and working as part of a team
- Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, birth certificate or a valid share code.
