The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning team in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our site. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across designated areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with health and safety regulations
- Train, support, and motivate cleaning staff
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning standards
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Liaise with management and clients to address any issues or special requirements
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning schedules, and incidents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of COSHH and health & safety practices
- Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude
- Basic IT skills for reporting and scheduling
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, birth certificate or a valid share code.
