From the Somerset House for the Summer Series to Meltdown at Southbank Centre, plus events at other venues including National Theatre and more – you’ll be at the heart of unforgettable experiences across music, arts and theatre.

The Role

As an Events Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, enjoyable experiences at high-profile venues and events.

You’ll be:

• The first point of contact – welcoming guests with professionalism and positivity
• Providing a visible, reassuring presence across busy and dynamic environments
• Supporting crowd management, access control, and event safety operations
• Responding to incidents calmly and effectively
• Working as part of a high-performing, supportive team

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where customer service is just as important as security, and guest experience is a priority.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for working with people.

You will be:

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence holder
• Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with the public
• Comfortable working in busy, high-footfall environments
• Reliable, flexible, and able to stay calm under pressure
• A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in events or security is great – but just as important is your attitude and willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
