You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Warm, professional and approachable in the way you support others.
- Keen to learn, grow and be part of a supportive team.
- Comfortable in customer-facing situations, or excited to develop those skills with guidance and encouragement.
- At least 18 years old, in line with Security Industry Authority licensing requirements.
- Reliable, flexible and confident in a busy environment.
- A holder of an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
Previous security experience is helpful, but it’s not essential. If you’ve recently gained your SIA licence, we’d still be very happy to hear from you. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn. We’ll make sure you have the training, support and encouragement you need to feel confident in the role and grow with us.
In this role, you’ll help with:
- Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support when needed.
- Helping to keep colleagues, customers and the site safe and secure at all times.
- Creating a professional, approachable and reassuring presence on site.
- Handling incidents calmly and professionally, with support from the wider team when needed.
- Carrying out patrols, monitoring access points and helping to prevent unauthorised activity.
- Working closely with colleagues as part of a supportive, professional and customer-focused team.
This role is about more than security—it’s about helping people feel safe, welcome and supported. You’ll be part of a team that values what you bring, encourages your development and recognises the difference you make each day.
