Security Officer - Tottenham Training Centre

About Us

Tottenham Training Centre is a world-class elite sports facility in Enfield, home to a vast complex spanning the equivalent of 15 full-size grass pitches. We provide a safe, secure, and professionally managed environment for athletes, staff, and visitors, and we are looking for a dedicated Site Security Officer to join our team.

Aside from the footballing aspect of the venue, Hotspur Way was built with the ecological environment in mind, so you will find new and restored hedgerows and field boundaries, an organic kitchen garden and orchard, an attenuation pond, and over 150 newly planted trees and flowers.

As a demonstration of its dedication to the local area surrounding the Training Centre, the club has invested millions of pounds into community initiatives, resulting in the curation of 19 new programs by the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation. The initiatives have contributed education, mentoring, coaching, and care support for over 2500 people.

There is also player accommodation called, the Lodge which is adjacent to the training ground where players and backroom staff can stay within a 40-bedroom, two-floor, purpose-built crescent building, complete with a green roof, that nestles into its natural surroundings.

  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and liaise with emergency services as required
  • Complete clear, accurate written incident reports and maintain daily site logs
